To ensure risk mitigation and seamless business operations in a new warehouse complex, our customer turned to EKF electrical equipment as their trusted solution provider.
A comprehensive range of devices was employed in this project:
– Power Distribution: We’ve utilized AV Power molded case circuit breakers along with essential accessories, laying a solid foundation for power distribution. To facilitate safe operational switching, TwinBlock switch disconnectors have been integrated, providing clear visible breaks in the circuit for routine maintenance.
– Electrical Protection & Control: The system is built on AVERES modular equipment, ensuring robust distribution and protection. Network parameters are continuously monitored using advanced measuring devices including multifunctional SM-H meters, current transformers, and ammeters.
– Control & Automation: For effective control and monitoring of the power supply system, we’ve installed PRO-Logic programmable logic controllers and PRO-Screen operator panels (HMI). Control relays, such as electronic timers and phase monitoring relays, manage on/off delays and oversee the electrical network to enhance equipment protection and operational efficiency.
– User-Friendly Design: We’ve incorporated modern control and signaling devices, including push-button posts, rotary switches, and pilot lights for enhanced usability.
– Reliable Housing: All devices are securely housed in EKF electrical distribution enclosures with essential accessories, ensuring durability and reliability.
