All our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified by TÜV, attesting our dedication to the highest standards of management and manufacturing practices. EKF works closely with DEKRA - one of the foremost TIC (testing, inspection and certification) organizations of the world. In our state-of-the-art laboratory, we utilize cutting-edge equipment to meticulously assess raw materials and finished products, to ensure their compliance with the specified ratings, requirements and standards.

In 2006, EKF launched the manufacturing of metal electrical enclosures. Later, the manufacturing capabilities have been expanded to include enclosure components and metal cable tray accessories. In January 2019, EKF started the production of EKF-Line metal cable trays, which became an instant hit, thanks to the broad product range and excellent quality of the product.

In March 2021, the new EKF plastics facility began production of electrical products on its first manufacturing line. Since then, the factory has continuously expanded its capabilities and now produces a wide range of products, including Slimbox distribution enclosures, cable glands, cable trays, covers and supports, lightning protection accessories, electrical installation consumables, and wiring accessories, with additional products being added every year.

EKF testing lab is equipped with a full suite of state-of-the-art equipment, enabling comprehensive testing of materials and finished products for performance safety and reliability. In addition to the standard range of electrical testing equipment, the lab features a dedicated climate chamber to test performance under various weather conditions, a plastics flammability tester and many other specialized testing fixtures and devices to deliver the ultimate quality and reliability to EKF customers.

EKF employs a highly qualified team of experienced electrical and design engineers. Our R&D department develops top-quality and reliable IEC- & CE-certified products, solutions and software.
